Terms and Conditions of Sale

By touching the start screen on a Fotomatica Studio, Foto-Booth and presenting your payment card or device (Apple Pay or Google Pay), you initiate a photobooth session and accept the terms and conditions of sale outlined here. Once your payment is accepted, the photobooth will take depending on the format you select, from one up to four photos, which will then be printed. The printed images will be available in the print door shortly after a couple of seconds on the side of the booth.

Depending on the format you choose, digital images will be securely transmitted to our server. These images can be downloaded by placing your email address at the end of your session. After completing the session and entering your email address, you'll receive an email from our team with your digital images and GIF attached.

We strive to ensure all our Foto-Booth are in the best/perfect working condition, fully stocked with paper and ink. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, glitches may occasionally prevent you from receiving your printout or digital image and GIF. Our customer service team is ready to assist you, and if we identify a fault, we will issue a refund if you do not receive your printout.

Fotomatica Studio Privacy Policy

Fotomatica Studio is registered with el departamento de hacienda as professional service.     • Last four digits of payment card and card brand or device account number (Nayax POS)

    • Completing an online customer form to receive your digital images

    • Using or viewing our website via browser cookies

    • Contacting our support team via email or the online widget

    • We may also receive data indirectly from our payment provider.

  3. How do we use your data?

    • To email you your digital images/GIFS from your photobooth session

    • To process refunds and provide support

    • To share your email address and consent status with our partnered venues.  After secure transfer, personal data will be deleted from our database.

    • To share images and GIFs from free-to-use events, with a clear message during the session about image sharing.

    • To use the booth sessions (processed strips and GIFs for Promotions.

  4. How do we store your data?

    • Your data is securely stored on our servers using stringent security measures in our team.

    • Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Images and GIFs are stored securely and deleted if necessary.

  5. Your data protection rights:

    • Rights regarding access, rectification, erasure, processing restrictions, objection to processing, and data portability.

    • We respond to requests within one month. Contact us via email.

  6. Cookies Policy:

    • We may place cookies on your computer to collect standard Internet log information.
